Illingworth Ingham (M/cr) Ltd has acquired independent Timber Merchant Waterloo Timber Co. Ltd.

Having a previous relationship with Waterloo, this allows Illingworth Ingham (M/cr) Ltd to expand the branch network, offering our customers a wider range of timber and sheet materials, plus bespoke machining facilities.

Waterloo’s previous owner; Chris Smith will continue to work alongside the management team, developing the customer base and product offering.

Established in 1994, Waterloo has been a staple of the local community, supplying trade and DIY alike. Illingworth Ingham hope to build on the sterling reputation and develop further in all areas of the business.
