From Drawing To Delivery – In-House Tooling
Illingworth Ingham (M/cr) Ltd are a one stop shop for all your Timber needs. With our In-House Tooling facilities, CAD Designers and one of the Largest machining mills in the UK. Why go anywhere else?
Step 1
You provide us with a sketch, this can be in any digital format (PDF, JPEG, PNG), A physical sample, or you can speak with our experienced sales team who can advise on the best profile suited.
Step 2
A Computer Aided Drawing (CAD) is then generated and sent for your approval. This will usual be done over email, you can also visit our Trafford Park Sawmill for approval
Step 3
On the return of your signed drawing the CAD is then used to generate a Perspex template using a 3-axis cutting system. This process is done in house.
Step 4
The Perspex template is positioned into one of our three profile grinders along with a steel cutter blank to produce a precision cutter with a reverse image of your sample. In-House tooling only at Illingworth Ingham (M/cr) Ltd The Profiling Specialists
Step 5
The profiled steel cutter is then positioned in one of our state of the art moulding machines to produce a product that is guaranteed to be to your exact specification. We also offer Laminating, CNC, Treatment and full coating facilities. We are truly the Timber One Stop Shop
